Service Description

Jungle Week –You too can become King of the Jungle by learning how to draw all kinds of animals. For our Jungle Week field trip, we will be packing up our sketchbook and supplies and heading to the zoo for a day of observational drawing. During the week, each student will learn how to use colored pencils, different lines, and shapes, and proportioning techniques to create life-like animal characters. Our special guest artist, T’Nia Neal, will be teaching how to make GemZoan Animals out of clay. Parents will drop off students at the front entrance of the Virginia Zoo and will be met by the staff.
